If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:
1. Verify that the email you provided us with is correct.
2. Check with your neighbors.
3. Contact your local post office.
4. Email us at coffeenmtns@yahoo.com for support
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, if the tracking status says your order has been "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.
If the package is not picked up within three days, the order will be returned. We can reship the order but you will have to pay for shipping.
